Maple Oven Pancake (Easy Recipe)
…of milk – use half evaporated and half water) 2 eggs 1/4 cup maple syrup (Regular pancake syrup works great too.) 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided Combine mix, sugar, milk, eggs, syrup and 1/2 cheese; mix well. Pour into greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese (sometimes I sprinkle with crumbled bacon).
